The Sports Mill is a sports bar and HD golf simulator lounge in downtown Kingsport, TN. Two simulators, 11 TVs, a full bar, live music every Friday, and the best seat in the Tri-Cities for Tennessee football and NFL Sundays. Book a simulator bay by the hour, or rent the venue for a private event.

HD Golf Simulators — $40/hour per bay
Two HD golf simulators with real ball tracking on world-famous courses, plus football, baseball, zombie dodgeball, hunting and over 30 interactive games. Up to 6 players per bay, 2-hour minimum, 24-hour advance notice, full bar service at your bay. Book a bay or see what you can play.
Live Music Every Friday — No Cover
Regional bands and singer-songwriters play our corner stage every Friday night. Doors at 5PM, music usually 8–11PM, bar open until midnight, never a cover charge. See the Friday lineup.
Vols Saturdays & NFL Sundays — Watch Parties on 11 TVs
Sound on the Tennessee game every Saturday and NFL RedZone running all Sunday afternoon across 11 TVs, with drink specials and no cover. Walk in, no reservation needed. Watch party details or see the game schedule.
Cornhole League Wednesdays
Bags fly at 6PM every Wednesday. Walk-ups welcome, bar open 5–9PM. See upcoming league nights.
Private Events, Party Room & Buyouts
Rent the party room or the whole 3,000 sq ft venue for birthdays, company events, fantasy football drafts and game-day parties. Private buyouts are $200/hour Sunday–Thursday and $250/hour Friday–Saturday with a two-hour minimum (a $200 minimum hosted bar spend is included in the rate). Kids & family party packages from $300.
